Normally if a lister sets a minimum pledge, he/she is expected to sell at that stipulated pledge price because he/she has agreed to set a minimum pledge. Also note: A user should also know that a minimum pledge set also means a distress sell price(distress sale), but he/she hopes to get a little bit more by using the pledge system, therefore a lister is expected to sell.
He/she will be fined for using the pledging system and refusing to sell or will be blocked from using the platform as the case may be.
